Privacy Policy
General Data Protection Regulation
At EJ Curated Interiors, we take looking after your personal data seriously and therefore we wish to explain to you what we do with your personal data.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires us to follow a number of procedures and we can hold data on you for the following reasons as our lawful basis:
- to fulfil our contractual obligations to you; or
- because you have asked us to do something before entering into a contract (e.g. provide a quote).
We also may hold data to meet our legal obligations in maintaining our tax records.
The data processing must be necessary so we would need your name and contact details so we can send you out a quote and to invoice you for your work. We might hold other data, as part of the contract, where additional personal data is given for the fulfilment of the contract.
Data subjects have the right to contact us if they wish for the data to be amended with new contact information.
For HMRC purposes, we must hold financial records for a minimum of 7 years and customer name and address may be present on the invoices.
If you have any privacy related questions, problems or complaints, please feel free to contact us.
The Information Commissioner’s Office provides a Guide to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
